Thoughts on The Jefferson Lounge (Bar)?

What’s the OTs thoughts on this place? It’s at the corner of Jefferson Hwy and Floynell. It looks like a shite hole from the outside.

I like The Jefferson and ONO's, but I'm not as big on Patio Lounge.
