I’ll ask “that Charlie” if he knows what tigerdroppings is the next time I see him. Charlie is a neighborhood legend. I also live in JT. Been to the Jefferson a few times, lots of regulars that all know each other.

I grew up in JT. Lived there from 79-99. I remember Charlie and his LSU bike.

Well, he is 62, still doing the same thing. Rides his bike around the neighborhood, goes to the pool everyday during the summer, and loves LSU!
