About a year before Katrina we chartered a big bus and did a bar crawl from Uptown all the way down to Poydras, da Parish. We hit just about every cool dive and hole in the wall bars there and back. If i remember correctly our last stop before we turned around was The Pope’s bar way down deep in da Parish.
