I wouldn't say walked out, but damn near did and never talked to this one again after that one "official" date.
I had hooked up with her real drunk one night since she was staying a girl's apartment two doors down from me. We talked a few times on the phone and I agreed to take her out to dinner. When sober and seeing her in the light I realized her nostrils flaired big time while she talked and she had crazy eyes.

Chick was way uglier than pics she sent. I actually think she wasn’t the same girl.
But it started when she called and said she needed to meet me at my place to “change”. Apparently she wanted to shower…and also brought toothpaste.
We still had some drinks.

Girl I met on line invited me to a weird folk music show at the Getty museum…it was interesting venue but the music was bad. I was honest and nice when asked my opinion…she was pissed I didn’t like the music but didn’t say much…
Surprisingly she calls me and invites me to the Rose Bowl parade…great seats, office party during, very cool event. She falls asleep while we were in traffic for about 40 minutes…traffic is stopped…she wakes up and starts yelling at me because I went the wrong way and that is why traffic is so bad. I apologize (for no reason, she went every year, it was my first time). She keeps yelling…
I finally have had enough, rip into her, really did a good job of telling her off…she doesn’t say a word to me for 45 minutes, we get to her place and she asks if I want to come in…
I say there is only one reason I would go in there right now…

Go in, have angry sloppy mediocre sex(she was unrealistically loud)…left, never saw her again.

Many a relationship was sacrificed on the "Tastes Great versus Less Filling" altar back in the day. I will admit I was a tad too doctrinaire that one time at Drusilla's in 1984, but hindsight is 50/50.
