I maintain that the idea isn't a bad one, as long as they implement in the correct way. Since it's obvious to many that resident restrictions don't work in most cases, perhaps an incentive program would work. Or not, I don't know. Maybe it doesn't work. One thing we know for sure is doing nothing will absolutely not work. I fail t see the harm in trying.

So just watched his video, figured it might be entertaining. I was right Here are some highlights
- The 2 black council members that voted against it were "tricked". Not sure how, but I'm not sure announcing that the black members aren't smart enough to know what they are voting on is a good look for your people
- Gary is outraged they the council won't let him/them speak. It's a democracy, it's their job to listen to the people of North Baton Rouge. Nobody told Gary apparently it's a representative government, and they don't have to listen to shite if they don't want to
- Asked for 1000 people, got 50
- And the best quote of all, "Black folks might lose the battle, but WE ALWAYS WIN THE WAR". Not sure how that's working out for them, but eh
Also, he really believes that he can organize people and vote out all of the white council members in November. I don't know if Gary has ever looked at a district map, but good luck electing black members from districts that are 80%+ white. It's as dumb as thinking the 90% black districts would elect my white arse
