She knows it can work because she ran an unnamed small bidness back in the 80s, boo. Ipso facto, $50/hour is logical and reasonable.
For the record, this isn't a random loon trying to win an open senate seat in a blue state. She's a California congresswoman and has been in some government position for decades. If we ever wonder how we got here, look at these lifelong politicians who win their seats with ease every couple of years.
She was also on stage with King retard Adam Schiff, to really paint the bleak picture that is California politics.
