Arrogant is the word I would use to describe Schiller in my brief interaction with him. If he managed his money like he managed EXXI I would be shocked if he wasn't broke. They wanted to be a major and spent like a major but had shelf properties exclusively. Gary Hanna and EPL absolutely took him to the cleaners on that buyout too. The oil prices didn't kill EXXI as much as junk debt and overspending did.

The wife, Kristi H. funds a ton of different charities and participates in many others. It is not cheap to be the charity bigshot.
She went to U of Houston and he is an Aggie. She did Playboy shortly after graduation. They married around 2002-3.
