I'm sure nobody will believe this but he's an extremely nice person. Definitely made some awful business decisions though

They are also paying a ton in child support in a lot of cases and taking care on 10-20 other people in other cases as well. That is quite the same

Just because you earn money, it doesn't mean you are rich. If you make $14 million in one year, there is no reason to ever go broke. The first fricking thing you do is set yourself up for life, but of course that would require living a somewhat modest life.. And I would rather have a modest house than a huge pad with fricking deer heads everywhere.

Yes - athletes and music folks do it all the time. Business people are usually a little bit more risk averse, but he was in a business where they often convince themselves they have to look affluent as part of the job. This is also true of real estate and, somewhat ironically, financial advisers.

Unless the article says otherwise, looks like the dude still has a nice 10,000 square foot house. I'm sure that could be sold for a tidy price to some OT $150,000 millionaire.

Do we still have any oil people here? For a while it was non stop threads on oilfield baws and how we shouldn't be enjoying these lower gas prices.

I'm still enjoying them
