It is always interesting to me how people, particularly men, react to haute couture runway shows. They aren't designed to showcase the designer's new line but more like a prototype car show on steroids. When the designer's retail line comes out if you squint really hard you will be able to see the haute couture influence in things like color, texture, layering, fabric, etc but the only place you will see actual haute couture is on a red carpet or on the back of someone that desperately needs to reinvigorate their TMZ presence.
