I mean, some pretty big differences in their stories there.

100% true, best friend from hs is a retired sports writer(T-P,) I was commenting about how bad the writing is these days and that "news" articles are more like facebook than news, and his answer was what you said, before he retired it was mandated that all writers get a twitter account and the minute anyone sniffed anything that might be newsworthy to just get it out on social media, we'll worry about editing, facts, etc., later
