They need to shut the entire French Quarter down for the time being, shut the strip clubs down, shut the cheesy bars and t-shirt/souvenir shops....shut it all down.

What’s needed is a black entertainment district in nola east. Taxpayers would gladly step up and fund this. Clubs galore. Rap music, fast food, dancing clubs, liquor stores, nail salons, hair extension stores, the whole Shabang. Make it a huge black tourist area. Invest in that community !

When we were there a couple of weeks ago, the youts in the 4wheelers were doing wheelies and donuts in the middle Tchoupitoulas.

Kweens were standing around cheering them on as if it was a rodeo.

Where at on Tchoupitoulas?

Another great solution brought up by Billy Nungesser is to make the French quarter a national park. Makes perfect sense. It’s one of the most historical areas in the USA. Block it off to weapons and have massive security

It kinda did, for a while.

Sidney Torres had that place looking and smelling incredible.

When they cancelled Sidney, they cancelled Nola.

Why would the cops intervene? They may have to defend themselves and wind up a national villain
