So in California it is now legal for other people to benefit from your property however you can't?

But frick, this kinda shite needs to stop. Otherwise we are all going to be prisoners in of our own house. Meaning anything; a blink, sniffling, coughing, and the occasional wedgie relief pick will be looked at as offensive, scaring even the most normal people from living their lives. This is nothing but a perfect example of how people are getting elected to positions.
Basically they should never be in any type of political position but because they “become a voice” for the people that elect them, they will pass crap like this.
It has zero truth or reality behind it but because it takes a swing at the middle class and wealthy, it’s worth passing.
