And from your observation your conclusion is that she was on meth?
Did you give the BRPD a statement? Because if you didn’t then they will see this thread and you will have to testify if this woman dies.

I said primarily.
If she were speeding down the interstate, it’s primarily a law enforcement issue. If she’s slowly rocking back and forth, it’s primarily a health and safety issue.
In both situations, you normally have both law enforcement and EMT respond. But if you can’t get both, you get the primary.

I provided my contact information on the phone to BRPD and I let them know that I believe she was under the influence of a drug.

We saw a BRPD vehicle drive by on College. Thought he was going to turn into the gas station. It must have not been his call, because he kept going.

When a call comes in, a supervisor listens to the comments on the radio and makes it a code 1 (low priority, auto accident without injury, burglar alarm without a call from homeowner indicating false/no one home, etc) or code 2, which are important calls.

BRPD is in real bad shape and most people don’t realize it.
