Think I Gotta Fire an Employee

We had a company NYE party the other night. It wasn’t company sponsored but most of the office went. Everyone had fun, except there was this one guy who showed signs of mental illness. He pretends to be Ace Venture the whole night which freaked everyone out especially Carol from accounting who is a big bull dyke. Huge rug muncher. Ace kept hitting on her and trying to be funny but she clearly wanted no part of it and he kept trying. I guess he had IBS too because he hung out in the bathroom most of the night. We think he was masturbating in there at some point too.
Everyone came back to work and I’ve received several complaints that they just can’t work with him anymore. Dude is a weirdo who makes us all uncomfortable. HR was at the party and said we gotta make him understand he sexually harassed a lot of people. I just want him gone. What a loooooser.

I think you need to sit him down, let him know he made an error in judgment not only by his actions but posting it on a message board. Then show him some compassion and give him a second chance!

This is where you went wrong with the lie. You included too many details. You gave this person's name and then put a 100 on 10 by adding that she is a big bull dyke. If you were telling the truth, you would have likely said "this woman in accounting, who is a lesbian by the way, was completely freaked out". Then went over the top by adding "a real rug muncher".
