Gen X will never dominate anything. They are the subversive, listless slacker generation but there have been efforts to rebrand them as hardworking and traditional.

That video doesn't apply to a single generation, it exists across multiple generations and was probably even more laid back in earlier generations. I was born in 1987 and everything in that video was true for my childhood.
