have two art degrees, years of experience in bakeries and cafes and call centers.
These people blame other generations for their problems and want to try to talk down to people with actual STEM and business/ accounting/finance degrees.
Exactly how much did "two art degrees" cost?

It really was awesome growing with that freedom, yet we have collectively created a society that has less freedom. If Gen X wants to really do something good we need to make a lot of law changes to turn back the clock to a free society.
- No more seat belt laws.
- Lower drinking and smoking ages to 18.
- Legalize MJ
- Raise the BAC limit to something reasonable, like . 15 or so.
- Abolish Flock cameras
,- Put a lid on AI and other tech.
- Smoking in bars, restaurants, and other public spaces legal.
Frankly, we could just abolish all sorts of shitty laws and rules that have been enacted since 1976. We'd all be better off.

Y’all never shut up about not being Boomers or Millennials though
That are only input in to the daily "boomer" threads from the usual aggrieved generations.

Also younger generations:
"Waaaahhh!! Boomers won't quit working so we can move up!! They are making all the money!! Why don't they quit and go home?!?" Waaaaahhhhh!!!
In their defense;
Many of you boomers have already retired once. Taking those part time Walmart greeter jobs really did hamper the job prospects of Millennials, with 2 art degrees, who just got fired from their sweet cafe gig.

I hope they live longer. More money for their heirs later on.

I'm actually two years shy from being a member of the millennial generation. Apparently right in that sweet spot of enjoying the moment but still with a strong penchant of weighing the pros and cons of decisions that will affect the future.

I'm never going to criticize a person who is willing to work hard & pull themselves up on their own. While these aren't the choices I would make, God knows I made some bad choices as a yute myself. Hopefully the fellow is on a path to improvement.

Poor kiddo didn't factor us dudes who once set up a sweet cinder block and plywood ramp - eventually at the neighborhood creek to play like we're Evel Knievel no less - would jump in and put his Quidditch dress up play date, gluten free cheese pizza and Teddy Graham eating arse to the test.
Lesson learned for Linus Line Cook.

Now, me either. +1. But you get the point. He ran his yapper but has that post/job history 4 months ago. Hopefully he'll be more humble and diligent in everything. I wish him great things.

The fact you fell for that shows exactly what Gen X is about
You’re inability to navigate modern life is incredible
It’s like falling for a prank phone call
Just poetry

Yeah, he totally played me, I admit. I've always had bad luck understanding the subtle nuances and genius of the art history and food services pencil thin mustache types when it comes to trolling. I feel so ridiculous.

No generation jerks itself off more than Gen X

It's all good, my man. Won't take but a second for him to screenshot the Reddit post he lifted this from

Gen X will never dominate anything. They are the subversive, listless slacker generation but there have been efforts to rebrand them as hardworking and traditional.

you seem upset
I thought Gen X's thing was they don't care about anything, hence the detached slacker label they've always carried and are retroactively trying to erase

I just think it's hilarious you have a fan trying to feather away your job begging thread away as a "Reddit" copy paste.
Can I challenge either of you to explain why no other threads you've started this year came from Reddit if you're such a prolific Reddit-post troll savant?
