They've been throwing people into camps for far longer than that. The immigration detention camps Australia has run are unbelievably terrible. If they would treat non-citizens that way, what makes you think a state would treat its citizens any better? Think for yourself for once.

I was on your side on this issue. The problem is the Establishment thought they had us by the balls and were just going to do cycles with the Bushes, Clintons, and Obama’s to make us think we had a choice and weren’t living under tyranny. 2016 removed this delusion from the Establishment and are now punishing us for daring to step out of line.

No, mandatory.

You go no matter what if you come in to the country from outside, or want to go to another state.
Doesn't matter if you weren't exposed, test negative, and are vaccinated.
ETA: From health.gov.au:

And all of them have a required quarantine period now.
Again, this is all still mandatory even with the vaccine and testing negative. It's doesn't matter.
