There’s definitely someone off their meds on my train right now

Normal middle upper class clean cut guy in his late 30s
He keeps pacing up and down the car trying to hide. At every stop, he leans out checking to see if someone is coming. Someone asked him if he was ok or needed help and he said he was great but don’t you notice the helicopters (we are underground.
He just ran off the train at the last stop.
On second thought, he could be tailing someone or thinking he’s tailing someone. I saw him whispering into his jacket as he got off.
Whenever I see mentally unwell people on the train, I just feel incredibly sad.

Really didn’t look like a meth head. He was clean cut, in goo shape, dressed relatively nicely. Idk
