Our HOA is defanged. A guy built an add on garage that looks exactly like his house. It looks nice and is perfectly acceptable.
A bitch from our HOA tried to force him to tear it down. Guess what. No one cared about because it was perfectly nice. No one signed it.
Yet the shite box guy still is there.

Yep. A tax credit that punishes people for being successful is praised by this board. If we moved the child tax credit phaseouts down to $25k and $50k this board would not like them at all. If it doesn’t apply across the board, it’s a government handout. Why are people making over $200k and $400k not getting the credits, too? There’s a word for people that complain about handouts for some things but are happy about them when they apply to them.
