The only thing that would likely improve is the city wouldn't be paying for her to jet set 1st class all over the globe

Make it real interesting, someone should sign up a few of the New Orleans city council members using their City email addresses.

How many do they need?

Like I've said before, do you honestly think NO or Baton Rouge frankly is capable of electing better mayors than they have now?

No, the population shifts prevent it.

See my previous comment re: single issue black voters, and retarded white liberals.

In Nola, the sane people are moving out which is only concentrating the garbage electorate that remains. Let’s remember: less than a year ago, Cantrell cruised to re-election without even being forced into a runoff.

Id rather stay with LaToya if this is the option

I don't know that it would be worse, but I'm not positive it'd be better either.

Moreno is a true believer. Teedy's just looking to get hers.

Baby steps towards a better alternative. You're not going to get a complete 180 of a candidate right off the bat. You need to gradually recover so those that are happy with what Cantrell is doing now won't cause as big of a fuss when it changes.

Why waste time on a change.org petition? Get boots on the ground and do a real recall petition if you want something done.

Yeah, this is merely a symbolic gesture. Good luck getting the minimum number of signatures required under the recall procedure laws, much less getting those signatures within the requisite time frame.

That said, I like the fact that this is picking up steam in the court of public opinion.

What’s really sad is after Katrina the issues that were there before had a chance to be purged. Just when I thought things may change, we go and vote in the same exact bullshite and actually make it worse. But this bitch we have in here now is just sad. I’ve been very passive and try to be understanding but she is openly trying to destroy this city and there will be no repercussions. None. I do hold out hope that she has been sloppy and left a paper trail. She deserves some type of time in federal prison.

The anger it would cause for her and her voters would be nice to witness, a moral victory

It would make my insides tingle to see this. I live about three hours from NO, but I used to go there regularly from the age of 18 until my late 20s. I loved it. However, you wouldn't catch me dead in that shithole now. The more I read about this ugly bitch, and all the other POS in office ruining what was once a great city, and acting like they aren't fricking it up completely, makes my blood boil. She is despicable, and all the ignorant assholes who vote for her should have their right to vote revoked.

Do you want to walk around New Orleans and knock on doors?

I blame Mitch more than anyone.

Dude actually had a chance to get the place on a good path. Instead, he got snookered into the notion that he could become some sort of darling of the DNC, if he did other things.

But most of N.O.’s ignorant voters support her every action.

What's the dollar figure it would take for you to "have relations" with that?

Totally agree with you. Aren’t you out the 1.5 as well? I know one of the older posters is.
