The toilet seat up/down argument

Spinoff of the shower pee argument.
If I were a woman, I'd want the seat left up. That's a damn good indication that the guy didn't dribble on the seat because he was too lazy to raise it before doing his bizness. Make sense?

It is pretty easy to just lift it up, piss, and then put it back down

I either leave it up, or put both the seat and lid down. I never just put the seat down. In theory, this would stop one from pissing on the seat, as they have to pick the lid up anyway, so they might as well grab the seat, too.

The compromise my ex and I worked out was to just do seat & lid down every single time so it would be equally inconvenient for both of us. It actually worked.

It's not about how hard or easy it is to do something. It's just as easy for a woman to put the seat down before she sits, it's actually easier for her because she gets assistance from gravity. It's really about control, dominance and having something to bitch about.
