It's a thing you go to celebrating a family achievement. Being a tide fan, you never have to worry about that

My sons graduation was in a rodeo arena because it rained on the football field. Just imagine what I saw.

My kid graduated from a Catholic high school this year. Saw none of this. Worth the $10K per year

I wore a suit and tie to my child's high school graduation. I had not been to a high school graduation in 20 years and was amazed at how some people dressed and acted.

But who knows, this may be the high water mark for their family.

I went to my grandson's graduation a couple of years ago at the P-Mac and it was quite a shock. He was graduated from the old (name changed) Lee High School.

We were required to wear slacks/khakis, shirt and tie under our robes when I graduated in 99.

There is a guy who make a living posting videos, with his commentary, of people trying to load their boats on trailers.

Graduation ceremonies seem like fertile ground for a similar channel. Film the families walking in, comment on attire, then share video of the various celebrations as little precious hits the stage.

Unfortunately, for most that do that it’s the pinnacle of achievement for their life.

Great point. It amazes me that people consider graduating from high school an accomplishment. An event to celebrate, sure, but not an achievement.

To me, it’s something you do.

There’s no reason you cannot graduate from high school (with the exception of some extreme cases maybe like having parents die or derelict parents and the kid has to work to survive).

I will give more slack f the parents grew up in those extreme conditions and they didn’t graduate themselves. Then, I can see them considering their kids graduating as an accomplishment.

My son graduated HS last year and the way people act and dress should be embarrassing to them. Unfortunately, it’s not.
