The story seems fishy,

There's absolutely something more to this story. When you have a 6 year old, you are getting constant invitations to class birthday parties and the only consideration is, can you go or not? You're not even consciously thinking about WHO the parent or KID is, and at 6 (first grade or so), you often don't even really know, much less care.

Little Teddy handed out invitations to 32 of his classmates to last weekend’s party at a pizza restaurant, but none of the children showed up.

Mazzini told Fox News she had made 32 goodie bags for Teddy to hand out to his classmates along with invitations to his party — and she even spoke to some of the children’s parents, who said their children would come.

So why throw a party with a ton of plates and pizza if you know only a few parents responded. Isn't that the whole point of rsvp.

And where are friends and family? My daughter didn't have a ton of friends at a young age, as most kids don't...this is why you have friends and family with kids show up. This is all a crock of shite.

All of the dads of "Little Teddy's" classmates wanted to attend the party. All the moms are the reason nobody showed up.

Either the kid is an a-hole or the mom completely fabricated this for free Suns tickets to see LeBron.

Those are the only 2 possibilities.

Why the hell would the parent post this picture on social media?

Seems like it would fit into some of the bullying that we hear about on FB?

Lots of stupid parents out there that think getting the kid all of this attention is a win.

My daughters gotten birthday cards in school on Friday for a party that weekend. This mom looks like that kind of parent.

Also, has she heard of RSVP's? You know so she doesn't order 8 pizzas for 4 kids.

Also, apparently the mom doesn't have any friends outside of school? Because that's usually half of the kids at my kids' parties.

This story is absurdly fabricated for views. I feel like the Suns are going to regret sending this kid free tix.

Happened to my son a lot - his birthday is early October so the hunters would all blow off his party to go hunting.

It was heartbreaking.

I would go to the party just to look at the mom.
She should have put her pic on all the invitations so every dad would have took their kid.

The story seems fishy, but if true and I was that parent, I'd have a Disney trip, Universal Studios, something lined up immediately. That would kill me to see.

Happened to my daughter once. I think only 2 of 10-12 showed up. We had it on a bad weekend, plus a virus was going around.

Looking at the pictures it was sad, but they had a frickin blast

If you throw a big party and nobody shows up, it’s because your child is a turd.
