Is that a joke, or a real thing? I can’t imagine using someone’s voice like that is legal.

The question is how will women respond, when men no longer seek their companionship.

Will they riot and try to stop the advancement of AI/robot companions?

Will they revert back to what men have always wanted in the fairer sex?

They'll accelerate what they're already doing: import men who will frick them. 3rd World men are streaming into Europe and North America, and women are the victims of their aggression, but also the object of their affection.

European society is collapsing in real time.

That was weird. So, since the irl turned him down what was the resolution? AI created, what, a VR experience, or is this an actual sexbot?

Sorry, I'll hold out for the real thing.

They have them. Feminists in Europe are already working to have them banned citing "potential for violence towards women". What they really mean is that they're afraid that men will no longer have any use for them and won't be sharing their resources.

Yeah, I find it somewhat amusing that when it comes down to it, developed-world women have this nagging suspicion that they could easily be replaced by a computer program and a receptacle. If they were as confident in their own value as they pretend to be, then sexbots shouldn't really matter to them much one way or another.

I mean, if you replaced me with a dildo the department I manage would collapse. Who would pay the mortgage? Fix the cars? Make the tough decisions?

Unfortunately, there seems to be a real push to transfer this concept of "consent" over to fancy sex toys. They want the robots to be able to say "no." I know very well that robots are things, and that any notion of them being sentient or truly intelligent is hogwash, but young people are stupid. They will likely be hoodwinked into acknowledging the primacy of "consent" even in what amount to harmless (at the micro level at least) masturbatory activities.

Already, a game designer has been "canceled" for role playing a scenario where a robot was made to orgasm without "consent" (Adam Koebel). Adam's an insufferable neckbeard, so no one has really noticed or objected... but a guy lost his job because he told a story about a robot technician pushing a button that made the robot simulate an orgasm. That's a hell of a line to cross there, philosophically.

they will frick men that want to frick women. outside of a percentage of western white men and maybe some of the asian population, most men want to frick.

We can start a Movement, ALL LIBERAL MEN, Get one for FREE, but have to sign a contract below:

1. They cannot pro-create in any fashion
(Cannot donate sperm, cannot get another woman pregnant etc)

2. They cannot Adopt a child (therefor stopping them from indoctrinating the innocence)

** We could WIPE the earth of their Genetics in a short period of time. the Soy markets would take a hit in a couple generations, but who cares!

Quick Question. If you buy a sexbot and it malfunctions, who comes out to fix it? I mean is there a sexbot repair man?

Not sure it’s a real part of the actual product being offered or not, but AI voice deepfakes using recorded clips like that are definitely a real thing. I don’t know if the technology has advanced yet to the point where it can be done from one short clip. It might have. But it can certainly be done with multiple samples.

Using someone’s voice like that in an advertisement, with (likely paid) consent, is probably fine. Doing it without consent is an entirely different conversation that gets into not only laws about AI deepfakes, but also normal recording laws (one party vs. two party states, etc.).

It seems to me that what the company actually sells is basically a fancy fleshlight (lol). It’s hard for me to imagine this company is actually offering deepfakes as a service. More likely they’re trying to appeal to the crowd who are already engaging in those activities - and are probably already more likely to buy a fleshlight in the first place.
