If I randomly shuffle a deck of cards and the cards end up in a specific order then I hand the deck of cards to you to randomly shuffle the cards the chances of you ending up with the cards in the same order as me is 1 in 8065817517094390000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000.

For all practical purposes that's never going to happen and probably has never happened. The number written a different way is 1 in 8.06581751709439E+67 chance.

Or one in 52! (52 factorial).

You're more likely to win the lottery.

I think you greatly underestimate how many people have shuffled how many decks of cards over how many times.

Over my 30+ years of playing many different card games I’d guess that I alone have done at least 100,00 shuffles. That might be low.

How many shuffles are there in one 24 hour period in Vegas or Macao?

Math is hard.

And I was once dealt a winning hand in a game of Gin Rummy. All I got.

I once played cards with a guy who dealt himself a royal flush 5 times in a row.

I lost a lot of money, but it was worth it to see such a rare event!

Back in my Texas Hold'em days, a group of my buddies had a regular home game.

As is typical, we kept two decks of cards going to make the game go faster; the next dealer could go ahead and shuffle while the current hand was being played.

Back-to-back hands. The winner of the pot won with four-of-a-kind. And not only that, it was with four queens both times.

Neither dealer won either pot. No reason to conspire. And if even if there were, the second deck was already shuffled by the time the first hand was done.

We did the math and it blew our minds what the odds of that happening were.

What are the odds of getting the exact same hand in Texas Hold ‘Em twice in a row after a shuffle? That’s happened to me multiple times.

Well since time is infinite it either has or theoretically eventually will happen.

This is correct however it has to be a fair shuffle and also I think it takes more than one shuffle to get to the number you posted (starting from an ordered deck).
