Took my kid see the new Mario movie during spring break. Sketchy looking people were all over Perkins Rowe at 2:00 on a Thursday. Along with the smell of stank arse weed.

Cant really compare BR to Atlanta. It's much easier to get from one end of BR to the other than Atlanta.

There just needs to be a zone where keeping it real is fine. Basically one lawless area where they can go settle disputes around respect and other serious matters. Call it the purge zone and sell streaming subscriptions.

Let me give you an update from the field. Atlantic Station, Cumberland, and Lennox have fallen.
I repeat; Atlantic Station, Cumberland, and Lennox have fallen. Abort.
We sent a scout team into Phipps but haven’t heard back. That was 18 months ago.
Fall back to the outlet malls in the northern burbs…..

How about making it cold inside the mall? Back in my college days bouncers told me that when too many black guys started showing up at the club they lowered the temperature. It supposedly worked.
