The only way Perkin Rowe and MOL will survive is if "they" have their own "hood mall"

It works in Atlanta. In Atlanta, they have their hood malls and shopping centers south of I-20. Greenbriar, Southlake Mall, Camp Creek Marketplace, Stonecrest Mall, and 2 - 4 others. Where they of course shoot, fight, stab, and rob each other on the regular. Most of the smart businesses been closed down but there's still enough left to keep them coming back.
The nicer malls north of I-20 (Lenox, Phipps, Cumberland, Atlantic Station) do get ghettorized every now and then but they still desirable and respectable places (especially in the day time) unlike south of I-20.
Baton Rouge needs to create a ghetto lil boosie endorsed ratchet azz mall in North Baton Rouge near Southern University or Airline Hwy somewhere and let them take over and run it down as we know they will. That will preserve Perkin Rowe and MOL much longer. Otherwise Perkin Rowe and MOL are toast. They are like parasites, where they take over it dies.

Not everybody is equal. We need to separate the civilized from the uncivilized. And race strongly correlates with civilized folks vs uncivilized folks. Spend a day at Istrouma or Glen Oaks High and a day at Central or St Amant High. You'll reaffirm my statement

White trash is not nearly as problematic as "them". I hate when people make false comparisons. They are much more civilized. I'll take white trash any day before "them"

Lenox is super ghetto on the weekends. It was unbearable from Friday afternoon until Sunday evening when I lived there.Is pretty safe/tame during the week though.
