NOMA has all types of exhibits- all cultures. This can't be real.
People have to stop being shocked by this.
Notice that the demands ALWAYS follow the same system:
1) Decry and stop an organization’s attempts to promote diversity, tolerance, and equality
2) Disrupt the organizational structure by eliminating stakeholders in positions of power
3) Infiltrate the organization with approved members who will think first of the cause
4) Removal of dominant group majority; replace with subdominant group
5) Investigate the organization for further evidence of marginalization and oppression of the subdominant group (leading to this new group of employees internalizing hatred of the organization)
6) Forced equity based on subdominant group’s identity - discrimination of dominant group is acceptable
7) Redistribution of wealth from dominant group to subdominant group
8) Control of communication in order to prohibit dominant group from independent decisions and rhetoric
9) Demand for transparency for the purpose of finding further acts of oppression as the organization moves forward
Obviously the organization will die. It won’t make it. There’s no point in giving in to these demands or even acknowledging them. The purpose is to destroy the system.

I would like a pronunciation of that name?
“ Ifatumininu Bamgbala Aresa“?
“ Ifatumininu Bamgbala Aresa“?

Pronunciation issues aside, this must be awfully inconvenient to try and cram into a scantron name field, a check’s signature area, census form, or any number of other forms with name boxes.

Are qualified black people applying for these positions?

We demand that NOMA create and equitably fund a permanent Diversity, Equity, Accessibility, and Inclusion department with at least two full-time staff.

That’s not every employees business

Whatever. Got married there and had a great time. Don’t really care about what anyone else has to say about the place either way years later.

Responding to Dismantle NOMA, the museum apologized for “any hurt we have caused." It laid out a plan to add more diversity in its exhibits and throughout its organization.
Of course. The immediate reaction is always to apologize and cower in fear.

Y'all are bitching but how many of you are going to email NOMA to tell it you support it or get on social media and say so?
