Y'all are bitching but how many of you are going to email NOMA to tell it you support it or get on social media and say so?

No one will.

Cancel Culture will ruin your family. Get you fired. Destroy your relationships. Tattoo a label on you for the rest of your life.

This isn’t going to get fixed by standing up in support of places like NOMA. It’s going to get fixed when enough people are damaged and ruined and form a counter group to respond appropriately.

When will people learn that if you just tell these morons to frick off and ignore it, they’ll go after a new target.

Shut it down.

Besides all of the other bullshite demands, forcing them to pay artists and feature art based on race instead of talent is the worst.

“We demand that you have a shite museum.”

frick that. Shut it down.

Crate up the best stuff and get it out of town. Let the fools have their museum and their trickle of visitors. NO is turning into Haiti and nothing is going to stop it.

At the rate we are adding more diversity we are going to run out of minorities.

Ifátùmínínú Bamgbàlà Ar?`sà is an emerging photographer and performance artist with a background in education and film. Born and raised in New Orleans, Ifátùmínínú suppressed her creative side for a decade before moving to Tanzania where she was reborn. There, she directed an award-winning film, co-founded a non- profit dedicated to creatives and traveled around the continent connecting with other artists.

She expresses herself and her identity through her ancestors who guided her back to their spirituality, a spirituality that was intentionally vilified and hidden from her.

Ifátùmínínú recently began a meet up for melanated folks entitled “A Black Creative’s Guide to Art Exhibitions” in which BLACK people convene, take up space and have relaxed discourse about art from THEIR perspective.

Her current ancestor-led work is to engage the public in the Greater New Orleans area in dialogue about the changing landscape and exploitation of post-Katrina New Orleans. She also founded Local New Orleans, a t-shirt line that expresses her views on such topics like gentrification and the colonization of African-American traditions within the city.

It’s the Bamg part that’s really throwing me off. How does one make that sound? I’m guessing the G is silent. Pronounced Bam-bala?

I’ll go with that.

Now we have what’s really going on. She sucks as an artist and NOMA won’t exhibit her crap art.

Nope. NOMA is racist unless they give in to her every single demand because they’re white.

My favorite posting on the list of racial injustices by NOMA:
