Metro Atlanta doesn't have all that many murders (per capita), either.

People who bitch about Atlanta will move the goalposts wherever they need to to keep deluding themselves. Back in the 1990s it was "Atlanta has no culture, bruh, it's all strip malls."

Once that became obviously false it turned into "Atlanta is full of violent blacks, bruh."

Fun fact: Out of 190+ countries, the U.S. is 3rd in “gun violence”. Now, if you take away the 5 cities with the STRICTEST gun laws (Los Angeles, Chicago, St. Louis, Detroit, & Philadelphia or Atlanta)….. The U.S. would rank 189th
this reads like one of those boomer chain emails.

Good thing for the idiots bragging about this is that 2022 was so high so it's been a hard task to keep up.

What’s the attempted murder rate overall? Maybe it’s just poor aim.

It's pretty clear that we had a spike in 2020 due to Covid, the riots, and police response due to both. Now that things are normalizing, it's not shocking the murder rate is also normalizing.

Yeah, they act like this is some major accomplishment that they're coming down off historical highs

And now that election season is heating up, they'll start being politicized again. While simultaneously, not one politician who uses it for political posturing will actually do anything to help any areas affected by the crime.

This part isn’t true, we’re top 5 in total gun deaths but that includes suicides.

Here are the top 10 countries for gun violence:

1. El Salvador
2. Venezuela
3. Guatemala
4. Colombia
5. Brazil
6. Bahamas
7. Honduras
8. U.S. Virgin Islands
9. Puerto Rico
10.Mexico

Gun deaths worldwide

Exactly. Every big police department does this Biden fudging. Whenever its time to make idiots think every thing is going right, and that the funds are justified, they do this number fudging to get the results they ned. When its time to ask for more money murders will jump again.
