Also of note, most major cities don’t report murder/crime statistics anymore in the previously required standard ways.

Prove it.

So someone makes an unbelievable claim with numerous obvious errors before even looking into the data (which was not provided) and you eat it up. Someone says it's bullshite and *that's* what you want proven?

Wow, election season must be coming up huh? Amazing how all the numbers start to look good across the board right as election season gets close.
I love how some of you idiots just spout this no matter what our point in time is.

NOLA is still running pretty hot. They're at 105 (but not updated in nearly a week now). That's 15 off last year's pace, but still 18 ahead of 2021 and 34 ahead of 2020. Like I said, those are the numbers as of June 5.

BR is at 50 as of 6/5 (higher but not updated in a week). Assuming we have 4-5 more this month we'll be on pace for 115 or so which would be the 5th most violent year in the city's history. Print the shirts.

I didn’t eat up anything. The claim seemed dubious. Someone called out the dubious claim. I simply asked for the guy who called it bullshite do prove it since he would likely be able to do so since he’s the one calling it bullshite.

Now, go back to your liberal, circlejerk woke fest and pleasure yourself while looking at pictures of solar farms.

What if we take out the top 5 murder cities in the 188 countries ahead of us?

Yea right and I also believe that while all these major companies are laying people off, the unemployment rate keeps going down.

So you are not one of the 72+ upvotes on that post?

I see what you did. What I'm telling you is that calling out the caller-outer of dubious claims is illogical and exposes your inclination to believe the dubious claims.

I am opposed to the vast majority of solar farm installations and I'm probably far less liberal than you think I am.

I honestly believe that the murder rate is still on the rise. More women are dying in New Orleans than ever before. But we don't have a serial killer dumping women's bodies up and down the interstate. But it's not who votes but who counts the votes that matter. Just like how they record a death. It is up to the authorities to classify a death. Did they make it to the hospital? They lie. Look around you and use what you see on a daily basis. The battleground now includes small town America.

The U.S. would rank 189th

It might sound ugly but I'm willing to live with higher murder rates vs being disarmed.
