My father in law has 225,000 on his 2008 Tahoe. That fricking thing still looks like he just bought it.

6 out of the 14 reported are Toyotas
4 out of 14 are GM, but all 4 are essentially the same exact drive train... Still better than only 1 Ford.

Bought a 2013 Highlander last year with 97k on it. Drives like a brand new truck. Going to drive it 5 years and give it to my daughter. Should get her through HS and college. I’ll put about 5-6k miles on it a year and she will drive even less than that. If it’s still running then we’ll pass it on to my son.

quote:had a 1995 - put 285,000 trouble free miles on it - sold it to a friend in 2007 and he still driving it with 425,000 on it up in Alaska. Bought a 2008 a new LC and have 195,000 presently - no problems - except it loves some mid range gas.
And Toyota Land Cruisers outlast them all - they just don't sell that many...

If you don't live where it snows and they salt the roads. Frame rust/recall was big problem with the Tacoma

I still see those old Nissan pickups on the road. Those things don't die.

Genuinely surprised the Nissan xterra isn't listed on here.

The 1st Generation Sequoia and Tundra are the exact same vehicle other than the body and rear brakes. I wonder why the Sequoia is #1 and Tundra #11?

How is Corolla not on this list.
Youngsters wreck them before they can rack up the miles.

255k for me. Couple of stains on the carpet, but not much else. I only drive arpund 5k a year so I hope to have it another 2 years minimum and hopefully until I just want a new one.
