Bengal,
How about the front of Camelot, where the condo's are behind the store?
When was your last view?

Looks like the back end of Galahad just before the curve around to Lancelot. In the second picture you can see the Galahad at Merlin street sign.

Are the townhomes on King Arthur ok?

Drive down prices? I'm guessing quite the opposite will happen, for houses that didn't flood. Anyone with the means to buy a house immediately is going to want to do so just like the Katrina effect.

the Riverbend neighborhood? Off of Brightside between Nicholson and River Road. All of our canals feed into elbow bayou which feeds into Bayou fountain on Burbank near Lakeside daiquiri.
I wouldn't think you'll need to worry about anything until you hear that University Villas is taking on water. That is the neighborhood across the street from Lakeside Daqs to the east a little bit. Currently the levels there are pretty stagnant and have anther 2-3 feet to rise before getting into any houses

Anyone know much about the area between I-12 and 190 at O'Neal Lane? Have a cousin that lives right off O'Neal and last they heard was 6-7 feet in their house which blows my mind. I lived there a while back and could never imagine that place flooding, yet alone that much.

Just heard from my dad on Gawain and he says the water is up to the front porch now so I'd imagine anything further back towards the drainage ditch has water inside

You would think flood insurance would cover temporary living expenses and property storage but unfortunately it doesn't. My Monroe home was flooded in March (15"), and I'm still paying for a rent house and storage lockers. If you can help your friend with temporary housing expenses, I'm sure they would appreciate it. I've been reading this thread all day agonizing over the plight of my 80+ year old parents who live on Sherwood Forrest Blvd. At 5 pm water was 5" away from entering their house, and slowly rising. They have a two story house and will ride it out upstairs. I'm kicking myself for not trying to get down there today to help them. Will definitely be going down tomorrow to help if they get water in the house.

latest update on Bayou Fountain, from the Lakes at Bluebonnet condos, just south of highland on bluebonnet
Water level came up some and is level on the lowest part of our lake near the Bayou
Still have about 3-5 feet from it getting into the lake, then another 3-5 feet from it getting over the other part of the lake
Any idea when this water will crest?
I live right off Bayou Fountain in Meadow Bend (Staring and Burbank). Water hasnt gone up or down in the past 2 hours. Hoping it doesnt creep much higher, or I may be in trouble
