I've never owned a confederate flag nor do I plan on it.
But the fact that people have their panties in a bunch over this is comical.
People have done shite "in the name of..." endless times. Yet those symbols aren't vilified.
The fact that people think that the rebel flag has anything to do with what that piece did are small minded pieces of shite themselves.

What does a flag have to do with a tragedy?if it happened in New York the flag wouldn't be an issue. Hey jump on it when it's hot because the next president will be white for a long time.

While we're at it, let's just ban all symbols that represent groups of people. Everything one group has done has offended or hurt another group at some point.
As one example, a case could be made by Native Americans against the U.S. Flag.
It's such a shame that the senseless murder of these poor people has been forgotten because an old flag is more important for the media to talk about and politicians to grandstand over.
