So there’s a 10% chance for me to find someone like my wife and a .09% chance of her finding someone like me. Unfortunately, all that does is lose half my shite and my kids.

00.009% with my bonus and 00.03% if I exlude my bonus for me, 31, white, 6'2", 180 lbs, $170k pre bonus $215k with bonus (about to hit FID on a project) and that total comp based on cash flow models with signed offtake will make my total comp $400k today at 31 in 5 years as increases company value 5x after hitting FID, COD, and a year or two of operating project.
If you hate your job and are paid under market rate, take the bravery step to find a new one. It paid off for me. I'd be making a lot less, working a lot more, and way more miserable if I stayed in my last job. There are good companies out there.

well I'm at .03% what does that do for me? Not much. It makes it easy to meet women, just not the right one.
