The obsession with tearing down is due to anonymity. Very few men will behave in person the way they will on an anonymous message board where they can reveal shocking shite they may or may not actually believe.

As far as quick to sleep with that is a biological need for the survival of the species. Most male animals treat their female counterparts far worse whether they are breeding or not. Relatively speaking female humans are treated far better by their male mates than any animal ever known...and have been for most of the time our species has existed. Nature dictates that survival is reserved for the fittest and in every mammal at least the male is better adapted to survive...for the species to survive he needs the female but for him to survive he does not...the female's survival, even for women today, still hinges on the male's need to breed for the survival of the species. Its harsh but nature is that way....
