Some of these results seem artificially low.
I suspect they are including gender (which eliminates 50% of the population) and have pretty low standards for what constitutes overweight. Age too - a lot of people in this country are children and the elderly.
Something more informative would be what percentage of white men between the ages of 25-40 are single, 5'10 or taller, have a reasonable BMI, don't live with their parents and are gainfully employed earning over above the median household income.
That's your target dating pool.

None of this even incorporates physical attractiveness.
I’d imagine the populations are actually even more skewed than this implies because they are going to exclude ugly people in many cases as well, but I understand that outside of a dating site situation that data set is almost impossible to acquire.

Biology is the sleeping part. We are here to spread our seed and continue the species.
And women are just dumb. I had a woman in her 30s tell me she liked everything about me but my bald head. Yet she doesn’t realize at her age 70% of the men she encounters going forward will be experiencing some level of hair loss.
This is another example of women thinking that they are entitled to some small % of men out there.
And by the website, women looking for me is an aspiring cat lady.
I guess salary and not being obese keeps me in good company.
