It’s already on the way
You can put your debit card on your phone and just tap it at stores

Annoying

Funny right?
Yet when someone randomly calls them (in a scam) they’re usually the first to give them all their information like social security number, bank account number and address

No, I’ve never heard of the internet. I send my TD posts to Chicken via certified mail and he submits them for me.

It’s great when they don’t even start writing the check until the cashier is done scanning items.

This! I don't have an issue with someone writing a check ahead of me if they are efficient about it. What bothers me is when they stand there and wait until the cashier scans everything and tells them the total and THEN they pull their checkbook out! You should know what the date is, where you are, and sign your name and all you have left to do is fill in the numbers and spell out the amount.

I have elderly in laws. They use credit cards but still use checks, balance their checkbooks almost every few days. They will not use bill pay on websites but will call in to pay via phone. They are just set in their ways. FIL has a switch on his mailbox that signals when Mail is delivered/picked up. He makes it a point to immediately head to the mailbox before someone may steal the mail. It is what it is.

They're the same fricks that drive 45mph in the left lane of I-10 and just coast through an intersection by taking their foot off the brake when the light turns green, effectively fricking everyone behind them.

At least they go as soon as the light turns green, instead of stomping the gas 3 seconds after it turns green because a honk interrupted their Facebook post.

Check writers are safer drivers.

The elderly think that debit cards are really credit cards, no matter how many times you explain it to them.

A few years ago I had an elderly guy tell me that a debt card are for poor people...

This does not bother me. I use time in line to chill and do some people watching.

What does upset me is when people do not use blinkers.

My Dad does this. He’s a smart man in his 70s but doesn’t want to change his ways. My apologies if you get behind him in line.

Oh, that person can fricking die. When the light is green, you should be able to shoot at the first person in line and anyone in the intersection.

Quit worrying about that's none of your business.

Someday you'll be old wanting to use your debit card when everybody is buying shite with the barcode on their foreheads.

They'll bitch about your arse.
