Talking about the photo guy... After accepting him as an expert their attack on his 40 year old PoliSci degree was ridiculous. I think most "prime age" adults will tell you that even a decade of experience trumps a degree. Especially with how Depp's lawyers laid out his technical associations. I'd probably tune out the bullshite lawyer and take a cue from what can be inferred by what he was saying before the objections. It was plain to see that without saying it the photos had been doctored with and that's why they didn't want him discussing colors and filters. AH's lawyers were screwed when it came out that despite being taken on an iPhone, the photos were in a Windows format. I think asking the question to illicit that response showed the difference between Depp's team and Turd's 1 step above public defender team.

I'm not sure about Fairfax schools' academic calendar but you've got to figure a few jurors will not be pleased missing picking their kids up on the last day. Why can't they do to 2 witnesses in the morning and finish with closing in the afternoon? The judge can then have flexibility with deliberation times on Friday/next week.

I think her claim is thrown out on the initial juror vote. His claim could go either way depending on what they've picked up. Does a civil trial verdict need to be unanimous?

Can the jury find in favor of Depp and award him $1?

If I'm stuck in jury duty for weeks on end while millionaires sue each other and I'm getting $25 a day, I'm not going to be a real happy camper.

It seemed to me that was more to protect the former TMZ guy from violating his NDA than anything else.

Why not now hammer it home because there is no way TMZ shows that without transfer of copyright and AH is the copyright holder.

It’s either she gave it to them and transferred the copyright or they are using it without her permission. Get her to admit that she transferred the copyright or to claim that yes TMZ is doing this without her permission.

Now she’s stuck either admitting it or perjuring herself and having it possible that TMZ files a suit against her as well…

I am starting to see why the TMZ thing might matter given the perjury and potential for additional litigation from them.

The body language guy showing her covering her face and mouth after mentioning TMZ in the depositions some years ago was kinda fascinating

When the body language guy pointed out how abnormal the involuntary hands moving to and covering the mouth was it was pretty striking

So every minute this dude is up here is one less they can use for AH...
