Any jury sees how disingenuous this expert for Heard is.
Always surprised in these big cases how little they do to actually authenticate the source of the photo and chain of custody

recalled Dr. Hughes... the incomplete notes shrink... I would already have a sour taste in my mouth with this witness b/c I see her as a biased hack from her earlier testimony
Amber definitely not coming back now... there's only going to be like 30-40 minutes left... if that... after this witness leaves the stand
but Dr. Curry roasted the shite out of Dr. Hughes yesterday... no idea how you rehab her today

So with these experts being called with their limited time it looks like AH's team wised up and changed their mind about calling her...
It also seems pretty obvious that AH's team is more than willing to leak big names to generate eyeballs on their expert testimony. Funny enough it seems like this will be the precursor of a media blitz on her behalf..

yeah... at this point you have to say (since it's been done twice now)... Heard says we're calling xyz to drive eyeballs to the trial only to not deliver xyz
ETA: instead... all we get are some of the worst "experts" EVER

I mean at points in her testimony she’s literally about to jump out of her chair and jump towards the jury she’s so “into it”. As a professional, she should be speaking very matter of fact, instead she’s very emotional.

I will be really interested to see if we have a supportive media blitz for AH and PTSD this afternoon after their rebuttal witnesses come to the stand.

at this point... I feel Hughes has to be the final witness... Heard's side should be down to less than a half-hour left for any other witnesses after Hughes
