if they let me run it through a shredder, then a co2 extraction process... then burn it, i'd do that shite for free

Sounds like an elaborate scheme to transfer illicit govt monies from selling drugs into clean cash but ok.

A friend of mine used to do this with a portable outdoor air curtain incinerator. In the 80s the USCG busted a supply boat named the “Polaris” with many tons of weed. They shot up the engine room with a .50 caliber. All of the weed was put in an open pit at Fourchon. The trusties would throw it off the truck on the way to the pit. Everybody was picking that shite up.
