Fat folks need to get hooked on crystal meth. They will lose weight in a hurry, some of that being teeth weight.

No, baw. That is the irony in all of this.
Eating healthy is much less expensive than eating junk if you know how to do it right.

My wife is 5'3". It's good to see she's above average in something though.

60 years ago I bet we drank fewer sodas and ate less fast / processed foods.

This is a no brainer. I spent my young years drinking out of the water hose and staying outside all day. The % of people that just don’t care in todays society compared to back then is staggering.

Its all relative but is sad AF if those people consider any high school PE class a hard workout
Some of mine were. Our HS football coaches taught some of the PE classes and treated it like a football practice. Maybe it wasn’t like that for everyone.

Yet people still fall for BS diets and shite like "carbs are bad", "fat is bad for you", and my favorite, the "low glycemic diet".
They will believe anything except the laws of physics that have been around since man existed. Take in more energy than you expend = gain weight. Take in less- Lose weight.

Yourself can be much better by being less pathetic.

I spend less because I've eliminated junk food. A bag of Doritos is $5 now, you can make 2 or 3 bowls of chicken stir fry with rice for that price.

good weight for a male is roughly 105 + 6 lbs for every inch over 5 feet tall.
That's ridiculous. I'm 6-2 and that would put me at 189 lbs. I graduated HS at 215 lbs with 6% body fat. I haven't been under 200 since maybe 9th or 10th grade, 4 sport varsity athlete with 6% body fat, played football in college.
BMI and some of these other charts are stupid. My ideal weight at age 51 is about 240 lbs. I carry that showing zero body fat.

Holy shite.
Just a few decades ago finding a petite gal around 120 wasn't even all that difficult.
170 at 5'3 is a tub
