Avengers. Thor and Dr. Strange could whip up some stuff JL has never seen.

Although I like the Marvel universe much more than DC, Superman and Flash are OP. If written to the true height of their abilities, no one else from either team comes close to their power.
And that's my biggest complaint with the DC characters. Their stories tended to be written for a younger less mature audience where ultimate power was attractive. Rarely does a DC character fail or lose to the villain. Especially in Golden and Silver Age stories.
Marvel stories usually featured imperfect characters with less power and more weaknesses. Spiderman was a highschool (and then college) kid struggling with money and relationship problems. The X-Men were outcast, hunted and maligned, even when they ended up saving people.
But Supes has true god level powers, as does the Flash.
Written accurately, you could team every other hero from both universes up against them and they's still win.

Batman would presumably be in possession of all the Kryptonite on Earth, so I don't think he's just going to hand it over to Avengers to weaken a guy on his team.
The Avengers really don't have an answer for Superman when he is at full strength.

Thor and Dr. Strange say hello. Time and Speed are of no consequence to Dr. Strange fwiw. And Flash would be far less powerful outside of the DC Universe itself, as the height of his powers relies on that reality itself (the Big Bang is replaced by a "Speed Force" event. Yes, it's totally dumb).

Sorry, but nope.
Supes is stronger, faster, a LOT smarter, and can fly. People don't really understand how smart he is because writers have to dumb him down to make anyone he fights even come close to scratching him.
Superman could launch the Hulk in to space, aimed at our sun, and that would be the end of Hulk.
I do agree that the magic wielders have the only chance against Superman or Flash. IF they have time to prepare their offense and defense spells ahead of time.
But standard melee or other physical attacks either won't hit, or won't damage Superman or Flash. They are just too fast, and too strong.

Let's make several assumptions.
Many artifacts don't work outside their respective multiverse. So things like the infinity gauntlet and mother boxes are rendered inert crossing over.
So a neutral multiverse, first meeting.
JL - wins on pure speed supes and flash would be untouchable.
Ww would barely be touched
Mm would be tied up with vision.
Batman jobs to fill out dossiers.
Avengers only pull wins when scarlet witch reality warps "no more justice league."
It's a temporary win as a memory less Bruce Wayne gets confronted by a speedster little girl who "knows stuff" and guides him back to rebuilding the dossiers. The justice league assembles as the seven soldiers or super friends or the justice society and then comes back and wins again.

Trying to stay with classic rosters instead of all out brawl.
JL just starts off with way heavier hitters.
Otherwise just bring in Franklin Richards vs The Spectre.
Avengers big threats to the JL are Vision since he can Martian manhunter minus the shapeshift, Thor who has three direct counters, and Wanda's reality warps.
Against
Supes - enough said
Flash - even the slowest outpaces quicksilver
WW - can toe to toe supes through Amazon training
Batman - weak link
Green lantern - will makes reality
Aquaman - endurance and strength will fall to Thor for fish fry
Martian manhunter - telepathy strength endurance shapeshift
It's hard to counter that.
Especially when your roster is
Cap Hulk Thor IronMan AntMan Wasp Vision Black Panther Quicksilver and Scarlet Witch.
