Windsor court is the consistent best option downtown. Incredible management.

Small racks of baby backs can certainly be done quicker, cheat the times down a bit and enjoy.

3 hours smoke, 2 hours wrapped in foil, 1 hour unwrapped.

Congrats. It will be hot. You can always get uber blacks and cabs. Always. Save your money and take wifey to bilboquet for dinner. Stay at the mark or Carlyle if you can. Sant Ambroeus for breakfast.

Very low expectations for relaxation.
8 months is tough, for slightly older toddlers/kids I always bring a cheap 3’ round blow up pool and a big enough bucket to fill it up. Whether to cool down or rinse hands and feet, it works wonders. Now they are older, a 5 gallon bucket does the same trick to wash hands.
Lots of shade, a major victory would be a 2-3 hour nap on the beach in the shade.
Beer!

2x week. $110 each visit. House is generally spotless and neither my wife or I do much laundry. 3 kids (toddlers) and a dog.

Chris Reeve Sebenza. Small for around town, large for hunting season. Pricey, but once you own one, everything else feels like a kids toy.
