Surprised Metry is in the top 5. Old Metairie is still as nice as it has always been but further out has gotten very shitty.

A lot of old trashy houses and apartments and chain restaurants.

Hammond has gone downhill big time.

Last time I visited I was kind of shocked out how shitty it's become

Shenandoah is going down fast. It's a dying neighborhood since all the moms and dads who had children in the 80s and 90s are old and have empty nests now. They're bailing and lower incomers are moving in. Plus they're building section 8 out the a-hole everywhere you look. Definitely sell sell sell on Shenandoah and look elsewhere to start a family.

Downtown and university are still nice. Cherry st and fricking Rufus bankston need to be firebombed.

Have any of you south Louisiana cucks traveled through Ferriday? It's number 1 on this list no questions asked.

Shouldn't it be the other way around? Study is flawed.

Isn't Estelle considered part of Marrero?

36. Woodmere

Woodmere is a subdivision in Harvey...and probably one of the top 3 shittiest neighborhoods in Jefferson Parish. How the hell they rank Woodmere as a nicer place to live than the rest of Harvey?

the long lasting affects of the flood in central wont be too bad. not alot of people are actually leaving, they are fixing their shite. there are other parts of EBR that look FAR worse than anywhere in central

All the white people moved out of ville platte to bayou chicot road over the last 20 years. Inside city limits is a shite hole

Some posters' hometowns are too small to be ranked.

Ponchatoula used to be nice...at least it seemed to me to be so about twenty years ago. What happened?

Bogalusa is a real shithole.

My sister is building a house in Prarieville. Good choice on her part.
