ake it from someone who made a mistake getting a new ES350 a few years back. Absolutely hated that car.
My loaner was an ES350 and I can agree with you 100% on that.
I love the way my IS feels in Sport.

I don't have a problem with them, I just don't want to upkeep a turboed engine. I don't see the need in a 5 series with a manual. I can find a gear to get me the frick out of dodge, hell...I'll downshift into 5500 rpm and floor it.

I have no comeback for that

I drove a Chevy Astro van in high school and my freshman year of college. I thought it was awesome. Way more comfortable to get laid in than the back seat of an average size car, especially if you removed the bench seats.

Because everyone who owns a Lexus sells drugs?
Lol, what kind of logic is this?!

The new v90 cross country is a sweet ride for sure. Doesn't hurt that Volvo's interiors are running circles around the competition (especially given their price points)

Look dude if you took offense to my comment, my apologies
1) The logo is not blacked out
2) The rims come as part of the F-Sport Package
3) I don't drink Jager
4) I prefer watching Tucker Carlson and First 48

Why? I don’t feel the need to get in a pissing match with people on the internet over a car. And you shouldn’t either, but clearly you feel very superior with your suped up Toyota and need to find approval from strangers to validate that superiority.
Please proceed.
Please proceed.

You are way too invested in this thread and your 30k ghetto looking ride
Let's get back to vannin

I didn’t take offense to anything
I’m just saying if we are stereotyping here, your car screams someone who wants to look rich while not being rich with an extreme insecurity issue
That’s what the “3 series equivalent” stereotype is

No shite, the interior in our xc60 is just insane. It's the most beautiful, comfortable interior on the market.

No minivan here. Don’t have kids, what would the point be.

My first car was a Dodge neon..and I picked it out over a couple others..Christ....I was comically idiotic

Yet you still provided an opinion when not asked?
Hmmm okay. I don't feel superior. shite I am probably not even in the OT 1%. Can a dude just be happy he has a nice car?

This is the OT, so, no.

Or I just bought a luxury car in the price range I could afford
Is that wrong?

I can’t even comprehend the mindset of car shopping for a minivan
1) we need a bigger vehicle to transport our small (under 7 y/o) children and their friends occasionally;
2) It needs to be lower to the ground with easier and wider opening doors than an SUV
3) It needs to have good cargo space and a third row.
4) Wife/mom doesn't want to drive a Suburban/Expedition (and you don't want her to because she will be hitting shite all over the place)
5) would like something that doesn't cost $50k that meets my needs.
Owned an Odyssey from 2006-2013. Replaced a Grand Cherokee and was replaced by an Infiniti QX60. Easily the most functional vehicle I have owned to date. Huge amount of space behind the second row with the seats folded, and a lot with the 3rd row up because of the "well" the seats fold into. Ran well. Was easy for my kids to get in and out of on their own when they were very small.
Not an embarrassing vehicle.
