Maybe if you didn't ring up $80k in car notes on depreciable assets you'd be able to afford more than $1450/month

Hell yea, I knew the armchair financial advisors would be up in here eventually.

I agree 100%. However, again, the North Dallas market is overpriced and finally going flat in some areas.

We still have a lease to pay for until December.

Better to wait it out and get the same home that was 400k for 350-375.

The wife wanted a minivan when the kid's were little, so I bought her a minivan. I drove the minivan at times, and was still more masculine looking than all the metro pussies driving trendy Audis with a shaved taint, balls and chest.

Then get the H1 with one. The H2 and H3 are just hilariously bad, and embarrassing.

Without specifics:

Using the 8800 figure (its actually a little more but not maxing out bonus because its not guaranteed)

We save roughly 3000-3300 a month.

We can add to that number if we reduced the amount of going out we do.

Unless interest rates go from under 4% to around 5% in that calendar year. But what are the odds of that

That $50k Lexus isn't helping too terribly much with the down payment on your home.

The Lexus cost me 50 dollars more a month.

Want me to show you prices of homes that went up 100k in 6 months in the same area?

Have you had paint issues? Everyone I know with a chevy van has paint issues. I may buy a GMC as my e150 is at 300k on original drivetrain. (Used of course, I know modern vans are all Euro models)
