Of course they did and of course Loser Landry will push for this. Another item that does NOTHING to help the state but gets a big cheer from those small government RINOs

Without looking it up, I would wager that the people pushing this bill have ties to the pharmaceutical industry and/or medical marijuana monopoly.

fricking this. Why put people in power when this is what they do with it. None of the important shite is being handled, instead we focus on nonsense like this that will just turn off young voters to the party. THC based products aren't hurting a thing, and we need to outlaw them here?

You don't get it. It's for the general welfare of our state. Hold on, I'll expand on that in a few minutes, gotta hand over my credit card to the Daquiri Supreme drive thru window girl.

The mistake was making “medical” legal and allowing the state to control all production (through LSU and Southern), as well as limiting the number of dispensaries to that minute number that the government is also all up in.

Any hemp derived THC consumable product, including the drinks at Rouses (which are very legit by the way).

Louisiana truly is the worst of all political worlds: moronically socially conservative and recklessly fiscally liberal.

There are proposed bills to expand licensing that haven't been heard in committee yet. The same goes for HB 649 that would call for a vote on decriminalization.

Yep. Way too many people have drank those 10mg thc seltzers and went on to do stupid shite like killing someone in a car accident. Oh wait that’s the liquors fault. They should prohibit alcohol again

I want to thank these politicians for thinking of the children.
Wish they would now think of my homeowners insurance

That's a token bill that won't even get out of committee. The same rep sponsors it almost every year.
