That one thing you know you’ve done right in life

Trying for a change of pace. The reality of our 2020 has been so heavy, even looking at this board is stressful.
What is something that you can say without a shadow of a doubt that you’ve done right or well in this life. Something you can hang your hat on, what you can die knowing you left it all on the field for. Maybe it’s the type of parent you were, how you served your family or community, your profession, etc.

Mmmmk. Are you a fan of the trap bar? I find that to be the most effective way to keep good form.

That while I want to continue living for a very long time, you could tell me tonight that I will die tomorrow, and I won’t have any real regrets. I feel like I’ve lived a full life. I’m proud to be able to say that in my mid 30s.

I feel like I have been a good father and husband. It still takes work and willingness to learn every day and be humble.
