The biggest accomplishment for me are :
28 year old daughter has masters in Psychology, works with autistic children.
20 year old son just graduated college with 3.95 GPA, degree in Biology. Starts med school in January.
Preparing my children and hopefully equipping them with tools to be successful was the most important duty in life. I made mistakes, but.. did something right.

I've been honest in my career, especially when it wasn't what was wanted in many projects.
22ish years in and its paying dividends.
Got fired for it last year. Immediatley opened a company after a client asked me to. Paying off in spades now. I not only completely control my own future, but we are already profitable, and most importantly I know who I should and shouldn't work with in my industry.
